Enviro Fireplace Parts ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit https://envirofireplaceparts.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which acts as our platform and data processor.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and account information — your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order and payment information — items purchased, order history, and payment details. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Device and analytics data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected automatically as you browse.
  • Cookies and tracking — small files stored on your device that keep your cart, remember preferences, and help us understand site traffic.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfil, and ship your orders and send order confirmations and updates.
  • To provide customer support, including help finding the right replacement part.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and catalog.
  • To send marketing emails and our newsletter, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our store, including with:

  • Shopify, which powers our store and processes data on our behalf.
  • Payment processors that handle transactions securely.
  • Shipping carriers that deliver your orders.
  • Email and marketing providers that send transactional and newsletter messages.
  • Authorities or advisors where required by law.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to keep the site working, remember your cart, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect parts of the site such as checkout.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing or the sale or sharing of personal data. These rights are available to residents covered by laws such as the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To make a request, email us at support@envirofireplaceparts.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
